ATTENTION all current and potential Horse Judges!
- All current Nebraska 4-H Horse Show Judges and potential judges MUST re-certify every 3 years.
- All judges are required to pass (80%) a written rule book exam each time they re-certify.
Horsin' Around
Horsin' Around is a two day conference in which we bring in nationally recognized trainers that demonstrate various methods to train horses and showmen for various events. Also, there are various other presentations done on an assortment of management or issues facing the horse industry. Horsin' Around has several clinics that cover a variety of topics. In the past, Horsin' Around has had speakers discuss: Maneuvers for the intermediate forse, fine-tuning the seasoned horse, maximizing your success in trail classes, getting started & finding a suitable horse, showmanship at halter, the makings of a trail horse, colt basics, and MANY more.
