In order to be listed on the Nebraska 4-H Horse Show Judges List you must:

1) Attend a Neb 4-H Horse Show Judges seminar
2) Can't make the seminar? - Self Study Option
3) Pass a closed book Rule Book Exam over the current Neb 4-H Horse Show and Judging Guide 4H373 (80%)
4) Re-Certify once every 3 years
