Extension
The Animal Science Extension programs serve to enhance animal production and management through research based education. A variety of educational extension programs housed in the Animal Science Department include in-service training of extension educators and agribusiness personnel, maintenance of web-based education and information resources, presentations at symposiums and conferences, demonstrations and training at workshops and short courses, field days and other public events.
